Description:
Some orders in WooCommerce are marked as "Pending Payment," even though the transaction is successful in PayPlug. All plugins are up to date.
Configuration Information:
Payment Plugin: PayPlug for WooCommerce v2.10.0
WooCommerce Version: 9.3.3
WordPress Version: 6.6.2
Expected Behavior:
The order status in WooCommerce should automatically update to "Processing" or "Completed" upon payment confirmation from PayPlug.
Additional Notes:
Confirmed all plugins are up to date.
No apparent errors in WooCommerce logs.
Also tried switching PayPlug to test mode and placed a test order using the 4242 4242 4242 4242 card number provided by PayPlug documentation. The issue persists with the same "Pending Payment" status.
