Licensing.txt

Projects are licensed per project file.  Unless otherwise indicated in a particular project, these projects are distributed subject to the MIT License, as in http://www.opensource.org/licenses/mit-license.php .  For projects that are licensed under different terms, they are distributed under the same terms as they were originally licensed.  Any contributions submitted shall be presumed to be subject to the same license as the original project.
