Android Studio contributions to adb-idea

I opened an issue with Android Studio (and also a reddit poll) to either start contributing to this project or add the functionality into Studio directly. I imagine this would help deal with the constant breaking changes they introduce.

@pbreault I probably should have gotten your opinion before doing this. What are your thoughts?

Even more - for me will be better if this plugin could work with all IDEs can build Android APK.
As CLion has Qt framework support it can build Android APK (I don`t know how about native C++ project using Android NDK).
The only missing action is deploy APK to device and run it. I think this plugin can help in this task, but cannot install it.
