For the last one, try moving all the script tags to just before the closing body tag. Not sure I can help with the others without more specific info relating to those issues on your site.

Not sure this is possible: it's Sphinx that places it. Perhaps worth opening an issue on https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/issues
