Yes it is !

I briefly explained how to make a call between 2 AndroidRTC. Make sure both can access your ProjectRTC server (simply see if it works in a browser).
Tell me if you need more details.

RtcActivity was designed to demonstrate a few use cases but WebRtcClient can handle a lot more than that.
