different changelog file

please add support to specify filename to process. some projects have different captialization, like ChangeLog.md.

i propose add it as first commandline argument:

$ pimpmychangelog ChangeLog.md

Most changelog I come across are CHANGELOG.md. That's why I did not bother implementing this.

I don't want to spend the time implementing this.

It's an easy change though. Pull requests are welcome!

then your tool can't be used in projects that have different naming convention!
