PRC File Structure Table 2 ModelFile Schema undefined

Table 2 describes the file structure but the last two items which are labeled as Schema and as Model File Data are poorly defined.

The Schema which is of type ModelFile Schema has no definition for that type in the file. It is also not defined where this content is in the file. start_offset and end_offset in the FileHeader tell me where the ModelFileData section is located which is good, but there is no similar infomation about ModelFile Schema.
