Do we want all of these to have the same dimensions? I know the readme mentions 11x11px and 18x18px while the ones in #4 vary slightly based on the original emojis. Either way, it would be good to clear this up to make contributing clearer.

The 11x11 and 16x16 measurements are the sizes of the original emoji heads in gothic, and quite obviously emojis can't be larger than the max height of the font (I don't remember the measurements there, but it's the largest of the sum of top + height for any glyph for the smallest font for the size of the emote). Otherwise there are no limitations and it's just what looks best in context of other emotes of the size.
