Careers page Recruitee widget - loading time

When on a bad(ish) internet connection, the widget takes a long time to load and it looks like there aren't any current jobs. (e.g. Coffeeshop internet/slow home broadband)

Suggested fix: Spinner/loader with text 'loading current jobs...'
