Hello, I am trying to find problems in the oscilloscope 1014D, but the capacitors in the area of ​​the 5V power supply are not marked. How to find the rating of SMD capacitors?

You need special equipment to do it in circuit, which I don't have and therefore the schematics lack these values.

It is of course possible to measure them out of the circuit with a simple LCR meter but that is a lot of work and I did not feel like doing that.

You can always join on EEVBlog and ask questions about repairing your scope. Much wider audience that can help you.
