Black screen + Awaiting script while I'm creating identity

I'm having a problem again. So I'm using the esx_identity script and the fivem appearence script, when I connect to the server I have the identity ui from ur script but i can see the awaiting scripts in the right corner of the screen. The background is black and when i finish the creation of the identity i have a black screen with the awaiting scripts thing.
