error OutOfMemory #4

Hi ,

First, thanks for your job.

The goal of my program is to segment different objects in 2D picture black and white (binaries picture)

When i try to use algorithm but after a while, i get this issues : 'System.OutOfMemoryException' in Aglomera.dll.

My data contains 22000 points

Let me know if my implementation is bad ?
