Laundry Halls takes too long to load

Note about Android does not seem to apply since the redesign of the Laundry Fragment, I believe it uses different endpoints now. However, the Laundry Halls endpoint still takes excessively long, currently 17 seconds warm.

Endpoint is slow because it makes ~50 HTTP requests to the laundry site for each possible hall. Caching can be used to make this endpoint faster, but should be minimal in order to prove the most up to date data (< 5 min, preferably 1 min). We could also scrape the main page, which has all of the laundry halls instead of scraping each hall individually.
