[Hacktoberfest Frontend] Paginate student roster

As a TA, sometimes you want to see who's in your class and who's not! But as you go to your course's roster page, you're overwhelmed by the list of hundreds of students in your class. Wouldn't it be great if this list was paginated?

Paginate the students table on the "Roster" page for a course, 10 per page, very similarly to how questions are paginated in the "Question Summary" page.
