The WXR library will need to support all of the current WXR features. These can be implemented as they're needed.

  • Site info.
  • Users.
  • Categories.
  • Tags.
  • Terms.
  • Term meta.
  • Posts.
  • Post meta.
  • Comments.
  • Comment meta.

#2 included support for Users, Categories, and Tags, as well as partial support for Posts.
