missing route

Route missing from Routing machine.
Location: France
Name of route A154 (motorway) at the start, then N154 (rebuilt in the last 10 years)
Start: Rouen
End: A10 north of Orleans
Via: Evreux, Dreux, Chartres

The routing machine will just not select the route, and will not find waypoints on it... instead it brings up a route taking people a long way out of their way.

Did you check if OSM has the route? LRM only uses the data that providers such as OSRM return, so it's either an issue on their end or the route/way doesn't exist in OSM at all. You can find that out by querying the Overpass API
