This release introduces an improved zpaq compression algorithm that permits large blocks to be sent to the backend. This is achieved by calling the
compressBlockfunction directly. This release also updates bzip3 library to version 1.3.0 which has important fixes.This discussion was created from the release lrzip-next pre-production release v0.11.2.
