MACOS Apple to compute MD5

Since 2011, somehow it was determined that Apple could not do MD5 reliably. No clarification, but just this short note from the ChangeLog and WHATS-NEW, and some hard-coding in lrzip_private.h. Since we're using libgcrypt, my hope is that it will be universal in its compatibility and usability. A test branch has been created, 21.03Apple_Test. If you have a Mac, please help verify that MD5 sums are computed and verified. Thanks.
