Allow tilt > 1.1

Hi there,

would you mind to allow tilt >1.1 to be installed. I've some trouble with sprockets-sass nailed down to 1.x:

sprockets-sass is used by middleman and I built a "standalone" middleman-extension which I want to use with rails. But rails requires ... (welcome to dependency hell).

I could try it out, but looks like sprockets uses != 1.3.0, ~> 1.1: http://rubygems.org/gems/sprockets/versions/2.12.3

Which will cause you problems as well

Yes I saw that... But seems that in 3.x it will be gone.

i think this can be closed also. Master version doesn't depend on Tilt anymore 😃
