Qt support for qimgv

One of the best image viewers out there, and the primary one I use, is qimgv:

(The stable version is a bit out of date, so right now I use the stable version's installer and then extract the automated build version into the installation directory.)

While it does say at the top that development is on hold, the author has been becoming active again.

It does have a plugin system for supporting extra formats, which is tied to Qt:
