I want to make a post to introduce the new aNCA pharmaverse package in development.

Package is now on pharmaverse site here as FYI: https://pharmaverse.org/e2eclinical/sdtm/

@manciniedoardo yes that is fine! I tried making a post in September but I didn't have access to push it to the repo at the time. Not sure if I do now
