Host plugin in the Jenkins community repositories

Hi,

I couldn't find a way to contact the responsible for the plugin, so I'm raising a new issue instead. After hours and hours of research, looking for a way to trigger builds on branch creation, I was able to discover this plugin in a comment in one of the tickets in Jenkins' JIRA (https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-11337).

I cloned the repository, compiled and installed in Jenkins and I could achieve the goal that I was aiming to. So, as there are many people that need this strategy (I could realize that after my research), it would be a good idea to make it "official". Is it possible?

Hi, could you upload the compiled plugin somewhere?
I'd like to install it but I don't want to setup a whole build environment just for this.
