I setup a working copy of the core-ig here. You can see it under

I reverted the genomics 2.0.0 upgrade here and in the original repo since it causes failures due to breaking changes in upstream profiles that we constrain further. I also changed the "theme/template" to be the base theme instead of the HL7 branded one.
