Please verify

• The "Show Both" and any billiards-related icons look fine (normalized the billiards icon size there), see 1 : 2 Switch images are not scaled equally proportion-playground#98
• Things related to the paint scene and visibility (fixed the delay at Slight delay in proportion slider on Paint Predict screen proportion-playground#100).

Open (deferred) issues

• Splotch size can be vastly exaggerated after many balloons hit at once proportion-playground#101
