When attempting to stream Bluetooth audio, these devices fail to send the audio to the device. Instead, audio isn't played at all, and sometimes is played on the phones speakers instead.

This is a big problem for me and anybody who uses their phone for Google Maps and such in cars where navigation system are not implemented.

Once I'm home, I'll provide a logcat for my Nokia 6.1, but hopefully this issue can be resolved quickly as the entire community suffering this problem provides Log Cats as well.

EDIT: Realized I can save logcats as text files on my phone.

cd sdcard

logcat -d > logcat.txt

Thanks,

audio isn't played at all

(duplicate #126?)

Looks like /vendor/etc/audio/audio_policy_configuration.xml is the problem, see #133, phhusson/device_phh_treble#26

I renamed that file and Bluetooth audio started working. (Lineage 16, Xiaomi Mi A2)

Is this on my AOSP GSI?
Sounds like you're on a CAF ROM.

Only known issue on my AOSP GSI related to audio bluetooth, is in-call audio bluetooth.
