The state handling with this plugin is different to normal devices.
When you want to use the state (on / off) in a rule you can use "if switch is on" for normal devices.
When you want to do the same with this plugin you have to write "if power of ledlight is on".
I think there should be a consisten syntax for rules.

currently turnOn and turnOff are not implemented. You cant react with rules to statechange or variable change. look at the sourcecode.
