Add logging

Any interest in adding logging (like koa-morgan) to the app?

I'd like to run my Ember app through the same monitoring stack everything else is going though— specifically useful to know if my app 404's in production.

@ryanlabouve Sure great idea. Would be nice if you could also make it optional so people can enable or disable it.
