When I try to reset the game from here, it just undoes the last thing so I'm stuck here and will die if I go to the right or down with no escape.

Side note: it also said I completed this game, but I don't think I did :P

It should now report 0% and if you get stuck you should be able to press [R] or reload your browser to get back to the most recent checkpoint (the left side of that screen).
