• opened various PRs/issues to address initial user experience and make onboarding easier to document

• worked with @itayd to address repokitteh issues
  • mostly these are now fixed
  • waiting for list all webhooks received by repokitteh, github admin style repokitteh/support#2 to figure out why repokitteh: Add welcome message for new contributors envoyproxy/envoy#13309 hasnt worked
  • will try to clear remaining PRs once that has happened

next 2 weeks

crack protobuf -> jsonschema (finally)

pretty confident i can update PR now

land tutorial section PR (hopefully)

this will be much easier to work on once the start/install section has been updated

initial work on moving dev docs to rst

i would like to figure out a rough structure for the dev docs (/section)
