[Feature] Currently the plugin create command uses the current directory #239

It would be great if the command for plugin create will ask for a directory to store the plugin to.

   cm sidekick plugins create -t shared-command -n codemagic_sidekick_plugin
   Where would you like to place the plugin [./]
