pts/disk does not specify arguments when running pgbench #4

Currently it contains nothing:

 <Execute>
    <Test>pts/pgbench</Test>
  </Execute>

while actually it should look like this:

 <Execute>
    <Test>pts/pgbench</Test>
    <Arguments>ON_DISK NORMAL_LOAD READ_WRITE</Arguments>
    <Description>On-Disk read-write performance under normal load</Description>
  </Execute>
