This issue has been raised on the webmaster mailing a couple of weeks ago, and the last reply to that thread was https://news-web.php.net/php.webmaster/31972. In my opinion, good arguments. If you still feel that advertizing PHP Russia is inappropriate, write to the internals mailing list. |
