creating labels doesn't update filter labels list in search across all transcripts (unless you leave the project)

after #22 when creating labels in individual transcripts, the list might not get updated when going into "search across all transcript" labels filter (unless you leave the project).

Might need to review how the labels creation gets propagated from child to parent component
