when no hardware piface is connected switch values are always 0 #2

Found in comments, that if there is no piface connected, switch states are not watched. in file gui.py.

    # only watch switches if there is actually a piface cad attached
    if emu_window.cad is not None:
        start_switch_watcher(app, emu_window)

When I click any switch on the GUI, always 0 value is returned on any switch
