[Draft] [Grid] Extract part of the Grid Logic to GDI

We should think about to refactor the core functionality from the Grid Logic into the GDI.

The following functionalities should be moved:

[ ] Resolver
[ ] Collector
[ ] Definition for columns

The overall objective is to retrieve structured data from the index using a specified definition.

Additionally, we should consider better naming conventions, avoiding terms like "Grid" or "Column," as the focus is now on a more generalized data delivery API for structured data.

For now we leave it still in studio, but we should keep this in mind.
