tray icon usefulness #11

To make the tray icon useful, the two ovious things that come to mind: minimize to tray, and color change when there is unread message (maybe be blue when there is no unread message triggering a notification ?)

Maybe adding also a highlight in the taskbar entry when there are notifications pending?
