[Feature Request] Support backups for serverless indexes

What motivated you to submit this feature request?

I recently received a notification and saw https://www.pinecone.io/blog/launch-week-march-2025/#Day-2:-Backup-and-Restore-APIs, but all the instructions that I can see on https://docs.pinecone.io/guides/indexes/back-up-an-index require to manually make the HTTP request.

Sorry if this is mentioned somewhere, but I tried browsing the issue tracker and PRs and couldn't find any references to it, so I was wondering if there are plans to integrate this functionality into the Python SDK.

Integrating the endpoint described in https://docs.pinecone.io/reference/api/2025-04/control-plane/create_backup to the Python SDK
