Feature Request

Describe your feature request related problem:

When user backup, the checksum process will greatly increase latency and reduce QPS， the details shows on the doc

The checksum process will slightly impact the online business

The impact will decrease with the PR https://github.com/tikv/tikv/pull/9094/files and the checksum time will increase 80% But the checksum time is still 1/7 of backup, So it is acceptable
