These are bad (incompatible) SQL cases:

CREATE UNIQUE INDEX ident ON t ( ident ( 1 ) ASC ) LOCK = DEFAULT ALGORITHM ident
CREATE INDEX BYTE ON CONTAINS ( DEALLOCATE ) ALGORITHM ident LOCK set_var CLASS_ORIGIN
CREATE UNIQUE INDEX CACHE ON t ( ident ASC ) ALGORITHM INSTALL
