Index Issue: pingcap/tidb#11486

These are bad (incompatible) SQL cases:

DROP INDEX ident ON t_n ALGORITHM = DEFAULT 
DROP INDEX ident ON t_n ALGORITHM DEFAULT 
DROP INDEX ident ON t_n ALGORITHM = algorithm_type 
DROP INDEX ident ON t_n ALGORITHM algorithm_type
