Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

I don't find how to set configuration items initial-commit-ts and syncer.to.password/encrypted_password

Describe the feature you'd like:

provide more detail document for them, and tell user how to configure them.

like how to get initial-commit-ts from dumpling/BR and so on
