Describe the feature you'd like:

Calling AWS EBS APIs to calculate the snapshot size is quite heavy, sometimes it kills more than 10 mins during our test. We provide an switch (named needsCalcSize) in backup spec section to turn on/off the size calculation for EBS snapshot backup.
