Is your feature request related to a problem?

#5364 is about to ignore errors of removing metadata from downstream. But if users restart the same task using the same downstream TiDB, they will probably see the remaining metadata.

Describe the feature you'd like

Maybe we should add a warning to OpenAPI to let users know how to work it out.
