unplugin based bundler plugin

I wonder if producing a plugin that uses unplugin can be helpful instead of maintaining separate webpack, esbuild, and so on, plugins. This is just something I stumbled upon while looking around the net for other stuff and I'm leaving this here as a breadcrumb for anyone who wants to look at it.
