AS400 server as client-server through TCP socket

I have deployed pinpoint agent successfully with Oracle WebLogic 14 server and it appears in PINPOINT interface. Java web application deployed in this WebLogic server and this application communicate with Oracle database and another AS400 server as client-server through TCP socket. I’m able to see Oracle database profiled successfully and appeared in PINPOINT and AS400 not is not visible. Does PINPONT support TCP socket-based communication profiling? if it is now what kind of steps need to do to write new profiling plugin?
I’m using PINPOINT 3.1.0 test environment with same agent.
