  • versions: web3 4.7.2, testrpc 1.3.5, python 3.5.3
  • OS: linux

What was wrong?

virtualenv -p python3 env/py3eth
source env/py3eth/bin/activate

pip3 install rlp eth-testrpc

results in a red line

eth-testrpc 1.3.5 has requirement rlp<=0.6.0,>=0.4.7, but you'll have rlp 1.0.3 which is incompatible.
