Notes on permissions and responsibilities:

• Members of * Maintainers teams have the Write permission on their responsible repositories.
• Members of * Admins teams
  • Have the Admin permission on their responsible repositories.
  • Also belong to respective Maintainers and Devs teams with the "Team Maintainer" permission to manage the team members.
  • Are responsible for managing in all aspects of their repositories.

• Members of Packaging Admins
  • Have the Admin permission on all staging repositories.
  • Also belong to Devs/Packagers and at least one of the packaging teams with the "Team Maintainer" permission to manage the team members
• Members of other teams have the Write permission on their responsible staging repositories.

The members are with Owner role.
