Instructions on accessing Refinitiv private data

Hi, I found this project super impressive and have been trying it out. The only blocker I have so far is accessing this private dataset, which I might seek a little guidance from you how to access. The link which you provided in this comment is outdated. I tried creating an account at https://myaccount.lseg.com/en/signin as step one and waiting to hear back.

May I know what shall I do next in order to access this database? And what does the cost look like? Thanks!

This may be a naive response, but why not use any external api that provides the data needed and create a real uptodate dataset?
