Request of user to build printer drivers, @groni allready created buildfiles but get errors

Here is the Brother main page link, which provides additional distro-specific info (not Pisi Linux of course, but may hold clues), incl paths, and for scanner drivers - running as normal user etc:

This is a paste of my comment to Groni a while back. not sure if it is of any help to anyone else:

Just wondered if the fact that the cupswrapper and lpr downloads from Brother contain plain text files which can be extracted (even though downloads are rpm/deb) would make the job of creating a PiSi package easier, or no benefit at all?

For 64bit I think lib32-glibc is a requirement.

Btw, I am using the old (pardususer.de) DCP-145C printer/scanner drivers no prob.

That helps me much further i have a other side found for download
I have build my Printer Driver from rpm and the works
