feature request: support Google Scholar

I often use Google Scholar to search for academic articles, but sometimes there are so many articles that I don't know if I've seen them or what I've done with them.
I hope can add https://scholar.google.com/, so that I can make sure I haven't repeated reading or missed good articles.
